What to get out of the bag

TAco mix

avocado

lettuce

shallot

roma tomato

Chipotle Drizzle (Much lighter, Thicker)

corn tortilla

Instructions

STep 1

Remove your veggies from the bag and cut as shown below.

STEP 2


Cooking your tortillas. Bring a smaller pan up to a high heat. DO NOT USE ANY OIL! Once it is hot one at a time place your tortilla in the pan letting them sit for 30-45 seconds. The tortillas should be JUST starting to brown on each side. BE SURE TO KEEP THEM UNDER A TOWEL UNTIL YOU BUILD YOUR TACOS.

Step 3

Once your veggies are cut & you are in the process of cooking your tortillas. Bring a large pan with 2 tbsp of oil up to medium high heat. When your pan is hot transfer your taco mix to the pan and cook for ~7 minutes stirring constantly to ensure even cooking and should be.

STEP 5

Build your tacos! tortilla - taco mix - iceberg - tomato - shallot - avocado - chipotle dressing & ENJOY!! 😁😁

ingredients: corn tortilla, avocado, roma tomato, ice berg lettuce, shallot taco

taco mix: onion, garlic, tvp, tomato, paprika, oregano, chilli powder, onion powder, garlic powder, mustard, tamari

sauce: tofu, lemon, salt, pepper, garlic, oat milk, chipotle, nutritional yeast, rice vinegar, maple, mustard, onion powder
