Bring 1 cup of water + your 1/2 cup rice + a pinch of salt up to a boil. Once boiling, turn down to a simmer, cover, and let sit for ~10 mins.
Remove your veggies and tofu from your bag and cut as shown below.
Bring a sauce pan + 1 tbsp of oil up to medium-high heat. Once hot, add in your tofu and let cook for ~4 mins. Next, add in your diced onion and red pepper, and let cook for ~5 mins. Then, add in your broccoli, and cook for another ~5 mins. Finally, add your teriyaki sauce, and let cook for ~5 more mins.
Build your bowl. Rice on the bottom, everything else on top. Garnish with diced green onion, and ENJOY!
