Roasted Red Pepper Caesar

What to get out of the bag

SAUCE (the red one)

romaine

chickpeas

broccoli

cashew Parm ( c on it)

ingredients: found at the end of this page

Step 1

Pre heat your oven to 450F

Step 2

Remove your veggies from your bag and cut as shown below.

Step 3

Transfer your broccoli and your chickpeas into a bowl with some olive oil + salt & pepper. Toss until fully coated then transfer onto a baking sheet. Once your oven is up to temperature add in your veggies and let cook for 15 - 18 minutes.

step 4

In another large bowl combine your romaine, chickpeas, broccoli, & dressing. Mix until fully coated then plate and top with your avocado + cashew parmesan & ENJOY!! 🙏🌱🌹

ingredients: romaine lettuce, chickpeas, broccoli

cashew parm: cashews, nutritional yeast

sauce: tofu, lemon, mustard, apple cider vin, garlic, onion, roasted red pepper, capers
