Pre heat your oven to 450F
Remove your veggies from your bag and cut as shown below.
Transfer your broccoli and your chickpeas into a bowl with some olive oil + salt & pepper. Toss until fully coated then transfer onto a baking sheet. Once your oven is up to temperature add in your veggies and let cook for 15 - 18 minutes.
In another large bowl combine your romaine, chickpeas, broccoli, & dressing. Mix until fully coated then plate and top with your avocado + cashew parmesan & ENJOY!! 🙏🌱🌹
