What to get out of the bag

Rice

Sauce (the orange one)

Tofu

Red pepper

Broccoli

Red onion

Cilantro

ingredients: found at the end of this page

Step 1

Bring your rice + 1 cup water & a pinch of salt up to a boil. Once boiling, turn the heat down to simmer, cover & let sit for ~14 mins.

Step 2

Remove your veggies and cut as shown below.

Step 3

Bring a large pan with a splash of oil up to medium-high heat. Add in your diced red onion, and cook for ~2 mins. Then, add in your red pepper and broccoli, and let cook for another 6 mins. Next, add in your tofu and let it cook for 4 mins.

Add in your sauce, and let cook for ~5 mins.

Build your bowl. Rice on the bottom, then sauce + veggies, and then top with cilantro. Enjoy!
