What to get out of the bag

SAUCE (white one)

romaine

cherry tomatoes

arugala

cucumber

shallot

white kidney beans

potatoes

ingredients: found at the end of this page

Step 1

Bring a medium- large pot of water + a pinch of salt up to a boil.

Step 2

Remove your veggies and cut as shown below

** for the potatoes we were unable to get baby yellow so please just dice the baby reds into 1-1 1/2 cm cubes to ensure they cook fully :) Thank you!

also the cucumbers were not as mini as we thought so please use as much as you like :)

Step 3

Once your water is boiling add in your baby potatoes and let boil ~ 10- 12 minutes. To check poke a potato with a fork and when holding it up it should fall off. When your potatoes are done strain the water an run under cold water to cool the potatoes down.

step 4

Build your salad! Romaine + arugula + tomatoes + potatoes + cucumber + shallot + your ranch dressing! Enjoy!
