In a pot bring 1 1/2 cup of water and your rice + a pinch of salt up to a boil. Once boiling cover and turn down to simmer, let sit for 12-14 minutes.
Remove your veggies from the bag and cut as shown below. We used the tofu just raw but if you would like you can take a small pan with a bit of oil and fry with the marinade for ~5-7 minutes. Cook longer if you want as well ☺️
Take a bowl and build your dish. Rice first, then your toppings and place the sauce on top & ENJOY 😊🌸🌿
