What to get out of the bag

sauce (No sticker)

rice

cucumber

avocado

radish

tofu

shredded cabbage

Shallot

Step 1

In a pot, bring 1.5 cup of water and your rice + a pinch of salt up to a boil. Once boiling, cover and turn down to simmer, let sit for 12-14 mins. 

Step 2

Remove your veggies from the bag and cut as shown below.

Step 3

In a bowl, mix your tofu and diced shallots. If you want, you can also quickly cook these together in a pan w/ a splash of oil, then keep stirring regularly until your tofu has started to brown.

Step 4

Once your rice is done, grab a bowl and build your dish. Rice first, then your toppings, then add the sauce on top & ENJOY 😊🌸🌿

ingredients: rice, avocado, purple cabbage, marinated tofu (sweet chilli, sesame oil, tamari), cucumber, radish

sauce: vegan mayo, tamari, brown sugar, lime, gochujang
