Bring a large pot of water + a pinch of salt up to a boil. Once boiling, add in your orzo and let cook for 9-11 minutes or until the pasta has no more ‘crunch’ when you taste it. Once done, strain and set aside.
Remove your veggies from the bag and cut as shown below.
Transfer your orzo to a bowl and mix together with the rest of the ingredients, leaving half of your parsley as a garnish.
Transfer to a serving bowl & add the last bit of your parsley then ENJOY 😊🌸🌿
