 What to get out of the bag

SAUCE (dark one)

spinach

shallot

clementines

marinated tofu

walnuts

cucumbers

quinoa

ingredients: found at the end of this page

STEP 1

Bring 1 cup of water + your 1/2 cup of quinoa and a pinch of salt up to a boil. Once boiling turn down to a simmer, cover, and let sit for ~12 minutes

STEP 2

Remove your veggies cut as shown below.

STEP 3

In a large saucepan bring a small splash of oil up to medium high heat. Once hot add in your marinated tofu. Let cook for approx 7 minutes stirring regularly until the tofu is cooked through and nicely browned on the outside.

STEP 4

Build your bowl. Quinoa - oranges - spinach - tofu + shallot + cucumber + walnuts and your dressing Enjoy! 🌿😜

ingredients: quinoa, shallot, clementines, walnuts, spinach, cucumber

sauce: maple syrup, sambal, rice vinegar, ginger, sesame oil, GF soy, oil

tofu marinade: GF soy, sesame oil, brown sugar, sambal, lime juice
