Bring 1 cup of water + your 1/2 cup of quinoa and a pinch of salt up to a boil. Once boiling turn down to a simmer, cover, and let sit for ~12 minutes

In a large saucepan bring a small splash of oil up to medium high heat. Once hot add in your marinated tofu. Let cook for approx 7 minutes stirring regularly until the tofu is cooked through and nicely browned on the outside.
