Mushroom stroganoff

What to get out of the bag

Pasta

Stroganoff Sauce (Green Sticker)

Garlic Drizzle (The White one)

mushrooms

Shallot

Parsley

ingredients: found at the end of this page

Step 1

Bring a medium-large pot of water + a pinch of salt up to a boil.

Once boiling, add in your pasta and let cook for ~ 9 mins. Strain and set aside.

Step 2

Remove your veggies and cut as shown below.

Step 3

Bring a large pan with a splash of oil up to medium-high heat. Add diced shallot and cook for 2 mins, until they start to brown. Then, add in your mushrooms and cook for another 5 mins.

Next, add in your stroganoff sauce, and cook for ~1 min, stirring constantly.

step 4

Add in your pasta, and stir until fully incorporated. Cook for another ~2 mins, until the sauce thickens.

Plate your pasta, and garnish your garlic sauce + parsley. Enjoy!

sauce: garlic, soy milk, tamari, lemon juice, dijon, soft tofu, nutritional yeast, veg stock

garlic drizzle: tofu, garlic, lemon, rice vinegar, oil, nutritional yeast, tamari, maple, garlic powder, onion powder
