Cooking your tortillas. Bring a smaller pan up to a high heat. DO NOT USE ANY OIL! Once it is hot one at a time place your tortilla in the pan letting them sit for 30-45 seconds. The tortillas should be JUST starting to brown on each side. BE SURE TO KEEP THEM UNDER A TOWEL UNTIL YOU BUILD YOUR TACOS.
