What to get out of the bag

jackfruit mix

coleslaw

citrus drizzle

avocado

lime

radish

corn tortilla

Instructions

STep 1

Remove your veggies from the bag and cut as shown below.

STEP 2

Once your veggies are cut. Bring a large pan with 2 tbsp of oil up to medium high heat. When your pan is hot transfer your jackfruit mix to the pan and cook for ~10 minutes stirring constantly to ensure even cooking and should be.

** IF THERE ARE STILL LARGER PIECES JUST TRANSFER TO A CUTTING BOARD AND SHRED WITH A FORK OR TWO.

STEP 4


Cooking your tortillas. Bring a smaller pan up to a high heat. DO NOT USE ANY OIL! Once it is hot one at a time place your tortilla in the pan letting them sit for 30-45 seconds. The tortillas should be JUST starting to brown on each side. BE SURE TO KEEP THEM UNDER A TOWEL UNTIL YOU BUILD YOUR TACOS.

Build your tacos! tortilla - pulled jack fruit - coleslaw- avocado - citrus dressing & ENJOY!! 😁😁

INGREDIENTS📚

ingredients: corn tortilla, lime, avocado, radish

sauce: red onion, garlic, jalapeno, soy, brown sugar, jackfruit, chili powder, coconut milk

slaw: carrot, cabbage, green onion, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper

drizzle: garlic, oil, lime juice, maple, cumin, cilantro
