put your dinner rolls into the freezer & remove to thaw a few hours before cooking. Place in oven until they are as toasted as you like :)
our supplier had a different GF flour that didn’t have the same ‘grip’ as we normally get if you want a little bit more ‘loaf’ add anywhere from 2 tbsp - 3 tbsp of extra flour (any kind if you are not GF!) ;)
ingredients: found at the end of this page
Preheat your oven to 350F
Bring a large* (enough to boil your potatoes in) pot + a large pinch of salt up to a boil
cook for 40 min
Remove your dinner rolls from the freezer and let defrost
Mold your lentil loafs! If using a pan be sure to just apply a thin coat of oil to the sides. Top with your red pepper ketchup glaze!
** We used a muffin tin and figured that is what most people would have. If you have a loaf pan you can use that just be careful as your don’t want it to be too thin. Also you can just mold them into patties (slider size) and bake them on parchment sheet.
Remove your potatoes and your carrots + brussels sprouts and cut as shown below
Transfer your potatoes into your boiling water and let cook until when stabbing them with a fork/ knife they slide off with out help ~ 10-15 minutes. Once done strain and skip to step 4.
Marinade your carrots & brussel sprouts in your maple and balsamic sauce, mix throughly and add to a baking sheet. Put in the oven and let cook for 20 minutes, rotating once halfway through.
Transfer your gravy to a small sauce pan and put on medium heat just so it starts to steam and let cook stirring regularly for ~ 10 minutes, it should just thicken up nicely.
In a large pot combine your boiled potatoes & your mashed potato mix. Mash throughly to your desired consistency. Add your defrosted rolls to the oven for just 4 minutes to warm up a little!
