We know everyone has received many service updates over the last few days in relation to COVID-19. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we quickly let you know of a few necessary changes we have made to our service. We can assure you that we are taking all measures necessary to ensure a safe, clean environment.

We are temporarily pausing circulation of the reusable cooler bags and plastic containers. Tomorrow will be the last day (for the next while) we will be delivering using the green reusable bags. Please hold onto the reusable bags for now, the delivery drivers will not be picking up any old bags until further notice.

Moving forward, the meals will be delivered in recyclable cardboard boxes (with ice). The plastic containers may be recycled (or re-used for personal use), but re-collection will be paused for the time-being.

While it pains us to pause parts of our business aimed at reducing waste, we feel it is important to take proactive steps to keep our community healthy.

We wholeheartedly appreciate your support in keeping our risk low. We remain focused on keeping our service as low-waste as possible and look forward to reinstating the reusable bags and containers in the near future.
