Bring a large pot of water + a pinch of salt up to a boil. Once boiling add in your fettuccini and let cook for 9-11 minutes or until the pasta has no more ‘crunch’ when you taste it. Once done strain and set aside.
*** before you strain keep 1/3 cup of pasta water for later use**
Remove your veggies from the bag and cut as shown below
Bring a large pan with a splash of oil up to medium high heat. Once hot add in your mushroom and onions and cook for ~7 minutes, there should start to be some nice browning. Add in your peas & your sauce + your 1/3 of pasta water and let cook for 2-3 minutes then add your pasta. Stir constantly until the sauce has thickened up and is sticking to the pasta, ~5 minutes.
Plate your pasta and garnish with your parsley, salt & pepper and olive oil. ENJOY 😊🌸🌿
