NOTE FOR GF PEOPLE: slowly add water into your dan dan sauce until if gets to a consistency thin enough to drizzle over your bowl! :)
Preheat your oven to 375 F
GF SUB:
Bring 1.5 cup of water + your 3/4 cup rice and a pinch of salt up to a boil. Once boiling, turn down to a simmer, cover, and let sit for approx. 10 minutes.
Remove your veggies from the bag and cut as shown below.
Build your flatbread. Sauce on the bottom, then broccoli + shallot + pineapple on top! Once your oven is hot, bake for ~11 mins. You can always cook them longer or shorter depending on how you like your crust!
GF SUB:
Toss your broccoli and shallot with a little bit of olive oil and salt & pepper, place on a baking sheet, and bake for ~11 mins.
When your flatbreads are done, let them cool for a minute then give them a cut! Top with green onion, and don’t forget to add your arugula and dressing for a side salad! & ENJOY!! 😁😁
GF SUB:
Build your bowl: Rice on the bottom, then broccoli + shallots, then pineapple + green onion on top! Drizzle with Dan Dan Sauce & ENJOY!!
