What to get out of the bag
Preheat your oven to 375 F

Bring 1 cup of water + your 1/2 cup rice and a pinch of salt up to a boil. Once boiling, turn down to a simmer, cover, and let sit for approx. 10 minutes.
Remove your veggies from your bag and cut as shown below. 😇🌱
Mix your cauliflower + curry seasoning and a splash of oil, and transfer to a baking sheet. Use just a drop of oil again on your kale and give it a good massage to make sure every part is coated, then transfer it to the baking sheet. Repeat this again with your diced tomatoes and shallot, and then again with your chickpeas, and transfer to the baking sheet. Bake the entire tray for 18 minutes total, but REMOVE THE KALE AFTER 8-10 MINUTES! Don’t let it over cook :)
Build your bowl: rice on the bottom, then everything else on top + tahini drizzle & ENJOY!! 🌿🦄
