Bring your rice + 1 cup water & a pinch of salt up to a boil. Once boiling, turn the heat down to simmer, cover & let sit for ~14 minutes.
Remove your veggies from your bag and cut as shown below * We added a green onion 😊
Bring a large saucepan up to medium high heat with 1-2 tbsp of oil. Once hot, toss in your onion and let cook for ~3 minutes it should just start to brown. Then add your red pepper and cook for another 3 minutes. Next add in your chilli mix and stir in all your other ingredients for ~4 minutes. Lastly add in your green onion and mix throughly but for only a minute or two
Once your rice is done! Plate! Rice then chilli mix and drizzle with your garlic sauce + garnish with cilantro & Enjoy! 🌿😜
