What to get out of the bag
*** The Broccolini in season came in not as ‘stringy’ as the one in the photo. Sometimes mother nature is unpredictable (but its what we love about her 😊)
**we suggest either dicing the stem into rounds or half moons or cutting the entire stalks length ways, sorry for the inconvenience!
Preheat your oven to 450F

Bring 1 cup of water + your 1/2 cup quinoa and a pinch of salt up to a boil. Once boiling turn down to a simmer, cover, and let sit for approx 10 minutes.
Remove your veggies from your bag and cut as shown below. 😇🌱
Toss all your veggies + chickpeas a splash of oil and a heavy pinch of salt + pepper. Transfer to baking skeet and bake for ~ 18 minutes. If you want your broccoli or veggies a little crispier just let it go a little longer 😉
Build your bowl. Quinoa on the bottom, then everything else on top + spicy tahini drizzle & ENJOY!! 🌿🦄
