Bring a small dry pan (no oil) up to medium-high heat. Place your tortillas in the pan, flipping after about 1-2 minutes. Repeat with other side, and continue until all your tortillas are finished. ** VERY IMPORTANT – place your shells in a kitchen towel to make sure they don’t dry out.
In that same, pan add in a small splash of oil. Once up to temperature, add in your BBQ Jackfruit mix and let cook for ~10 minutes, stirring regularly
Remove your plants and cut as shown below
Build your tacos. Shell – BBQ Jackfruit - coleslaw – avocado – radish. Squeeze those limes + a pinch of salt & pepper on your avocado. ENJOY!
