What to get out of the bag

Bring 1 cup of water + your quinoa & a pinch of salt up to a boil. Once boiling cover turn down to a simmer and let sit for ~ 12 min
Remove your veggies from your bag and cut as shown below.
Build your bowl. Quinoa on the bottom, then tomato + cucumber + spinach + chickpeas + balsamic dressing & some crumbled feta! ENJOY!! 🌿🦄
