Balsamic Quinoa bowl

What to get out of the bag

SAUCE (THE oil + Balsamic ONE)

quinoa

tofu fetA

cucumber

CHERRY tomatoes

PARSLEY

spinach

CHICKPEas

ingredients: found at the end of this page

STEP 1

Bring 1 cup of water + your quinoa & a pinch of salt up to a boil. Once boiling cover turn down to a simmer and let sit for ~ 12 min

STEP 2

Remove your veggies from your bag and cut as shown below.

STEP 3

Build your bowl. Quinoa on the bottom, then tomato + cucumber + spinach + chickpeas + balsamic dressing & some crumbled feta! ENJOY!! 🌿🦄

ingredients: rice, cherry tomatoes, spinach, parsley, chickpeas, cucumber, quinoa

sauce: balsamic vinegar, oil, oregano, salt & pepper

tofu feta: apple cider vinegar, water, oregano, salt & pepper
